Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda,  and baking powder.
Make a well and set aside.
In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg and oil. Pour this mixture in the well you prepared before.
Gently whisk until smooth.
In a skillet heat some butter to grease the skillet. Pour the right quantity of batter according to the size of your skillet.
Once you start to see some bubbles on top of the pancake you can flip it. Cook 1 minute more.
You can serve with maple syrup.
